I made it all the way to the elevator part of the endurance datacron and I fell. I tried to /stuck while I was in the air, to no avail. When it sent me back to the start of the map, I yielded for the day. Still haven't mustered the courage to go back, but I would be willing to go with a group.

Having now picked up both datacrons on multiple toon, I'll happily volunteer to show folks where they are as well - couple of tricks to help you out.
