There have been a couple inactive/alt purges over the last year due to the outrageously low character cap for guilds in SWTOR. Your best bet if the situation hasn't been resolved yet is to join teamspeak and/or /cjoin wook in-game to get the attention of an officer.

Took me a few days to track y'all down im just getting back into gaming mode. New car, moving, and lots of work has kept me busy but im finally finding free time. Logged into swtor and i was guildless and lost =(
